If the dumpster placement is to be in the street in either the City of Minneapolis or St. Paul, Elite Waste Disposal must pull a permit with the city. The fees are as follows:
Minneapolis: 30 days $95.75 ($65.75+$30.00 admin fee) - 60 days $161.50 ($131.50+$30.00 admin fee)
90 days $227.25 ($197.25+$30.00 admin fee) St. Paul: $5.00 per day + $30.00 administration fee
