When will my carts from my previous hauler be picked up?

If you signed the cancellation notice at the bottom of your service agreement, we sent it to your previous hauler via registered mail. We are unable to give an exact timeframe for when those carts will be picked up, but it is usually done within 2-3 weeks.

I received a bill from my previous hauler, I thought you were cancelling my service with them?

The cancellation process at your previous hauler may take several weeks and therefore the billing department may send a bill for the upcoming service period. Please DO NOT PAY for further service if you are scheduled to begin with us, as you may not be reimbursed by your previous hauler.

Why does my pick-up time vary from week to week?

There are different reasons; our drivers dump at different times each week, depending on the volume of garbage/recycling collected. Added stops could create a change in the route for efficiency purposes, especially at the beginning of the month. Traffic and weather can also play a role in why your pick-up time may vary. We just ask that you have your carts out by 6:00 am and we will have your waste picked up by the end of the day.

What happens if I forget to set my garbage out and the driver has already been by?

There will be a $10 charge to come back to pick up your garbage (an additional $10 if we are sending the Recycling truck back as well), or you can wait until the next week of service.

What should I do if I have more garbage or recycling than what fits in my cart?

In order for us to keep our prices low, we are trying to keep our drivers as efficient as possible. If you can spread it out over the next few weeks in your can, or ask a neighbor if they have extra room, that would be preferable. If you have more than that, please contact our office to arrange special pick-up. If you regularly have more than what fits in your cart, please contact our office for a larger, or additional cart. What can go into an MSW dumpster?

Anything that you’re allowed to put in your trash can and haul to the end of your driveway can go into an MSW dumpster.

How long can I keep the dumpster?

All residential roll-off dumpster rentals are 10 calendar days.

Can I put yard waste into a Construction or MSW dumpster?

NO, yard waste (including grass clippings) CANNOT be mixed in with any other type of debris. There is a $450 charge if there is brush mixed in with a Construction or MSW dumpster.
