Municipal Solid Waste
More commonly known as trash or garbage, consists of everyday items such as product packaging, furniture, clothing, bottles, food scraps, newspapers, appliances, paint, and batteries. Click here for potential additional charges that may apply.

Construction Waste
Includes concrete, drywall, masonry, roofing, siding, structural metal, wire, insulation, and other building material; and plastics, Styrofoam, twine, baling and strapping materials, buckets, and other packaging materials and containers. It also includes sand, rocks, and dirt that are used in construction. In no event shall construction waste include dangerous or extremely hazardous waste or any kind of garbage, sewage waste, animal carcasses, or asbestos.

Yard Waste
The part of solid waste composed of grass clippings, leaves, twigs, branches, sod, and other garden refuse. There is an additional $450.00 fee if there is any brush in a Demo/Construction or MSW dumpster, to be paid at the time of pick-up.  No Stumps Allowed 

Residential/Commercial Customers:
6 Yard - $213.00  includes all taxes
10 yard - $241.00*  includes all taxes
20 yard - $295.00  includes all taxes
30 yard - $348.00  includes all taxes

• Rental Time Allowance: All dumpster pricing based upon 10 calendar day rental. All days thereafter are charged a $10.00 per day rental fee. This charge will be collected upon picking the dumpster up. All payments need to be in cash, credit card or debit card. It is the customer's responsibility to call for dumpster pick up. If a final pick up is scheduled, we must be notified by 6:00 am on the pick up date of any changes in scheduling, or a $115.00 trip charge will be incurred by the customer.

*A BENEFIT OF USING ELITE is if you are trying to decide between a 10 or 20 yard – you don’t have to! We will deliver a 20 yard dumpster - if you only fill it half full, we will only charge you for 10 yards. If you need more room, keep filling the dumpster up and we will charge you the difference up to a 20 yard.
